The following is a list of capital projects that the Town has been working on since 2021. This list represents over $14 million worth of projects and improvements to the Town. A large number of these projects totaling $10,917,667.00 (76.97%) are funded from SPLOST, grants, and other sources that are not local property tax base.
Please note that this is NOT an exhaustive list of every project that the Town and its staff are working on; this list represents current capital (high cost) projects only. Other capital projects that you may have heard of may not be included on this list at this time because we have not yet reached a point where we are ready to move forward with design and/or funding.
