You may obtain a criminal background check at the Tyrone Police Department – 950 Senoia Road.
We do not provide national background checks that require fingerprints.
The cost is $15 payable by cash, money order, or credit and debit cards.
Background checks are provided during the following hours:
- Mondays 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. AND 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Tuesdays 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. AND 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
- Wednesdays 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. AND 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Thursdays NO BACKGROUND CHECKS WILL BE COMPLETED.
- Fridays 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. AND 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
