Pursuant to Town Ordinance Sections 26-101 through 26-107, foreclosed and/or abandoned real property located within the Town Limits must be registered with the Town.
Register a New Property:
- View the ordinance to see if your property is required to be registered.
- Download and submit a Registry Form.
Updating an Existing Property:
- Download and submit a Registry Form. Note that updates do not require a fee.
Removing a Property from the Registry:
- Submit a request to the Town Manager, in writing, at the physical or email address below. Explain in your message why the property is no longer vacant or foreclosed. The Town Manager will issue a determination within 30 days.
Registration forms and a cashier's check or money order in the amount of $50.00 (payable to the Town of Tyrone) must be submitted to:

Forms may also be emailed to email@example.com, but a cashier's check or money order in the amount of $50.00 must be received at the above address to complete the process.
Failure to register a vacant or foreclosed property or failure to update the information specified in paragraphs (1) through (5) of subsection (c) of Section 26-102 shall be punishable by a fine of up to $1,000.00.
